Local Outreaches PRISON MINISTRY
Jesus called us to minister to the hungry, oppressed, and those in prison. We make regular trips to visit inmates at Greenhaven Maximum Security Prison and Woodburne Medium Security Prison; bringing much much needed care, personal connection and the unchained gospel of Christ. PROJECT LINUS For children suffering a life shaking trauma, sometimes a tangible, prayer soaked gift can be a vehicle for healing and hope. Partnering with indigenous churches on the ground, we send teams into frontier settings, engaging in medical, dental, and optical ministries, as well as to teach, equip, and evangelize. The ECC is a movement of more than 800 congregations in the United States and Canada gathers around the central truth of the Bible: you matter to God. Set in motion in 1885 by immigrants, today we are a growing, multiethnic, intergenerational mosaic of churches with ministry partnerships in nearly forty countries. Click here for their website.
The NMM is a Christian Missionary organization birthed in India by an Indian almost 50 years ago. With more than 1400 local churches, 1200 missionaries, 24 children's homes, the Bible College, 5 missionary training centers, 6 primary schools with on through high school, printing / publishing ministry, mobile film ministry teams, several community development projects such as free medical camps, literacy programs and vocational training, a new widows ministry and plans for a permanent medical facility. World Mission 360 is a non-profit organization that exists to fulfill Christ’s great commission to the world. We extend the compassion of Jesus to the world by evangelizing, planting churches, training native leaders, building orphanages, conducting medical camps, implementing literacy programs, opening vocational training centers and providing educational assistance for the poor. Founded and led by Dr. Bryan Frank, GMP offer medical missions opportunities for physicians, dentists, nurses, therapists, pastors, students and general helpers. GMP provides critical medical care, as well as the love of Christ to those who little or no access to healthcare or the gospel.
